The reason I didn't mention Malice even though he's good is mostly because I'm looking forward to Pusha's solo release and I think I heard somewhere that Malice retired from rap to preach

might just be a silly rumor.

I thought you were one of the Yelawolf naysayers as well.

How in the fuck did I not know about this guy until today? This guy is exactly what I was looking for from the East Coast.

Also I know his voice sounds like Ghostface Killah but he is still pretty nice.

Disagree big time. A lot of hip hop is coming from the South... but I wouldn't call it good. You want to get on the radio in Houston? Follow these guidelines:

1. Get a big, here-comes-trouble style beat with elephant fart synths and UFO soundfx.
2. Repeat a stupid line for 16 bars. "Shawty needsa thug / Sh-shawty needsa thug / Shawty needsa thug / Sh-shawty needsa thug".
3. Rap about something stupid.

Congratulations on your new hit single.
I've never been to Houston but I think it's a little unfair to single out one city for this.

This seems to be rather popular with the mainstream at large.

Nope. I have no opinion of him whatsoever.
