I would dissagree with that. Wayne has been too lazy and monotonous for me recently, and with the exception of 808's and Heartbreak's, Kanye has always seemed like a consistently good rapper. He puts effort into his ryhmes and they make sense, unlike Wayne.

Well I believe that Wayne's being so prolific and consistently having a few hot tracks on his mixtapes and albums (Carter up is what i'm talking, cuz i'm not familiar with pre-Carter albums) ((that i've listened to also)), and also his many swell guest appearances at least level out to Kanye's consistency (which i must admit i am only very familiar with Graduation). But I will admit, I think Wayne's features on songs have been pretty weak lately. But My Face Can't Be Felt was a hawt mixtape so that'sa make up for it.

All together though, I would say I myself prefer Wayne over Kanye as a rapper, but i'm not too familiar with Kanye and am all too familiar with Wayne, so this is pretty unfair on my side.

Trust me on this, man, you have to listen to College Dropout. Don't form an opinion on Kanye until you hear it, man. Trust me.

+1 Much different from his new stuff

Kanye west is mediocre at best when it comes to lyrics.

The only thing I like about Kanye is how he **** all over Taylor Swift's when she was taking her award.

exactly it was progressively worse and worse with each album. although I'm not saying that's what you meant.

can't imagine what his next album's gonna be like

Dmizz 11-12-2009 10:42 AM

I think he makes an ass of himself alot but i like his music

joelovesmusic 11-14-2009 07:04 PM

I completely agree. He always ruins it with something stupid that he does. Like the VMA incident. What was he thinking?
