Default worth listening to

for those of you who commented that you don't know any reggae artists other than Bob Marley---here's a few I recommend listening to:

Peter Tosh--Culture--Aswad--Cedella Marley Booker ( Bob Marley's Mother)--Yellowman--Eek A Mouse--Chaka Demus and Pliers--Patra--Shabba Ranks--Jimmy Cliff--

These are just a few --you may or may not like them. Personally I like roots reggae rather than dancehall type reggae which I find misogynistic and homophobic.

That is always my clue as to the posers - Marley. I would say that 99% of the people that claim to love reggae have never listened to anything but Marley.
