I've haven't heard much Reggae outside Bob Marley, A little Tosh here, a Little Bunny there, a little Ziggy sometimes too...but that about it
Everything off the Exodus Album is awesome, especially Natural Mystic and Turn your lights down low. I love the redemption song too, and Coming in from the cold. Of course, there No woman No cry, Jamming, and Is this love, which is probably my favorite... |

Bob Marleys Natural Mystic remastered is always a good choice when you want to listen to some good reggae. You also cant go wrong with Peter Tosh, Desmond Dekker, Pato Banton, Third World, Israel Vibrations, Black Uhuru, and so many more
|

tosh is a good choice and burining speaqr is good 2 but i dont dig him 2 much |
Has anyone mentioned the Congos yet? A classic album was Heart of the Congos and the opening track "Fisherman" is unbelievable...the whole thing was controlled by Lee Perry so you can see his dirty paw-prints over the whole thing and its gorgeous....even down to the recording of a cow mooing in one of the tunes (he used the same thing on "Roast Fish, Collie Weed and Corn Bread"...

Bob Marley!!
I'm not much of a reggae listener but I listened to Bob Marley for the first time like a month ago. I really enjoyed his music, it's very tropical sounding which I like because I'm Cuban. So I'm into all those tropical sounding music especially salsa.

Far too many Bob Marley tracks in this thread. There are OTHER reggae artists out there!
