QOTSA are good but I know which band I'd rather have. I'd like Kyuss to stick around far more then QOTSA.

Spaceship Landing gets my number one vote too.

Have you heard Wretch? It's not quite as adventurous as their other albums but it's probably one of the most thorough rock albums you'll ever hear. It's hard to believe they were all 18 or under at the time of producing that album too.

I only have the cd Wretch, and I hated it. I can't remember why I hated it, I just kept skipping halfway through, and ended up deleting the lot.

I think wretch could be my toughest toppest record. i love that grinding sound.

Mamagarmr - Do you know of any other grunge underground bands like Kyuss i've been doing a bitta looking into other bands cause i can't get enough of it. I came across heaps of bands that are meant to sound like other bands but i know some will be **** and some will be gold. have ya heard of any and i don't mean alice in chains/L7 or Nirvana. Take Melvins for example have you heard of them, they're supposably got a sound like kyuss and black sabbath.

anyone feel free to real off a list of sick underground grunge bands.

Melvins, St. Vitus, Mudhoney, Electric Wizard, Fu Manchu, Nebula, Sleep, Earth, Monster Magnet, something along those lines...

I'm sure Merkaba has a ton more for you.
