We'll agree to disagree.

TY Cobb's on Down on The Upside, actually, I believe.

If I were to choose one favourite album, it'd probably be Superunknown, but that was the album of theirs that I first heard. I love their later stuff, and I'm fond of the earlier stuff but I've never really given Ultramega OK a proper listen. It's something I always mean to do, but never get around to...

So supposedly Soundgarden is going to have the record put out before the end of the year.

Out of curiosity, what do you all think of Kim Thayil as a guitarist? I think he's WAY underrated. I'm surprised RS included him on the 100 guitarist list since he usually goes unrecognized.

I have pretty much given up on Soundgarden, apart from "Superunknown" and a few scattered songs here and there, don't know.. just don't do much for me anymore.

They were a band I enjoyed a lot in my teenage years, but kinda gave up on. I think Cornell is kind of a has been now.. "Scream" will go down as one of the worst albums to ever see a release, and Audioslave was boring. Maybe this new Soundgarden can redeem him for these two things, but I highly doubt it. Wait and see.

Still actually enjoy this a lot... credit it to Chris or Soundgarden..

I just love crap overall but I enjoy that Scream album so much. I need to buy it actually that's how much I played the hell out of it.

I also like Audioslave as well.

I own Revelations already but their self titled will always be my favorite.
