I don't think the music will shift at all, I don't think he had music say in the creation process. Ill assume Raines last few words there were meant to be sarcastic.

Its weird, though I don't know how anyone would find that funny. In interviews the guitarists just look like pot heads to me.
I was just saying that if koRn were to get a new guitarist and all of a sudden their music stopped measuring up to what it used to be then an alternative for me would be either Disturbed or Adema although koRn is way better than Disturbed in my opinion. And I only mentioned Adema because the guy in Adema is one of the younger brothers of one of the guys in koRn. And if koRn failed deliver it's fans some good stuff then maybe Adema could start picking up the slack. I dunno. it was my bad attempt as being optomistic and funny at the same time. (as you can see my memory is slipping away because I can't remeber the names of anybody in either of the two bands)

And whenever I watch interviews guitarists don't look like pot heads to me. but I will admit that the drummers all seem to look rather out of shape. I don't know why.
And if anything guys in bands usually look like they're alcoholics or like they haven't had their dose of speed or heroine. maybe a combination of the two. this kinda reminds me of one of my favorite movies of all time: Requiem for a Dream. if you haven't seen it you really should. I love that movie. I love Jared Leto too.

And to the dude Soundgardener:
You are so funny. And I don't care if you insult koRn because their cover of the song Word Up was bad. And over played. Well it wasn't really bad. Just nott he best they could've done. Now you wanna know who should make a cover song. I'd love to see Octane (philly based band and unsigned) do a cover of a marilyn Manson song specifically Coma White.

And it is always funny to hear of a musician giving up a life of (free)sex, drugs, and rock and roll for god. I mean come on now.
And it's funnier when the musician is amember of koRn and then you think back to a time when your mom walked into yuor rooom and saw the new koRn poster you bought and she sees this person (my mom called them demons) satrign back at her. And then two years later you tell your mom that this guy from that band is a follower of god. Oh yeah.
That never happened to me that was just an example of a scenario but can you imagine it? Just thinking about it makes me wanna laugh again.

PS: so there's no confusion I was never a really big fan of koRn. But I was never that big a fan where I'd buy one of their albums. (I just asked my friend to burn me a copy of his)

Peace out.

Agreed but i enjoy reading Raine's opinion as it is always a good one - much better than my own. I think that i am too polite personally. I never seem to be able to slag people off only to think of the consequences. That is also why i have not said my opinion on Korn as that would mean that i would slag them off and anyone who likes them.

Or not.
It's not that they state their opinion, its that they go out of their way t let everyone know they agree with a common and popular opinion.

i heard one song on Charter channel 911.... sounded like pop punk. so i didnt like em. then i went to channel 910 another day, and i heard some pretty bad music, and it said Korn. so i wouldnt say Korn is good after those two songs.

Totally agree with this. Issues was just about doable but their recent stuff just lacked..well everything really! Used to love these guys. I think it makes no difference that they lost Brian because they already lost the appeal they once had

Is it just me or has Korn been in a steady decline?... their music just isn't up to par with their older stuff. They're startin to remind me of how Powerman 5000 went downhill.
