These moments:






Scott Weiland is a pretty good songwriter, STP knows how to play their insturments, and although the albums usually had a bunch of filler, they always put out awesome singles. When they were good, they were very, very good. When they were bad, it was ignorable (except for that completely soulless new album. :tears
Consistency isn't their thing but out of all the mainstreamy grunge bands, STP were the best at lyrics and insturmentation. I don't understand why people hate them so much. They have a sound thats kind of different because they experimented with 60sish kinda stuff but its not THAT different. Its probably because Scott Weiland is such a doosh.
