Me too, but I think that's mainly for the reason that Rob Halford finally came back!!!
Talking about the album, I think it's pretty good. Not near there best, but still worthy of "fitting in" with the rest!!!I think "Judas Rising" is alright along with a few other tracks!!!"Deal With The Devil" is probally the best all around track on that disc, I.M.O.It's pretty cool with good guitars, a hardrockin' beat and Rob Halford's controlled, yet somewhat harsh voice!!!It's most likely my favorite track on the whole disc except for, maybe, the song "Lochness."Lochness is a very interesting and creative track for the band to do at this time in their musical careers!!!It's almost shocking to hear them finally get together to regroup and so quickly come up with something like that!!!I'm not sure, but some of these tracks may've been started years back and never completed, until now."Lochness" is a great track to end the album with as well...
...It brings the album to a close, making you want to listen to it over again later on!!!
I'll just say that I didn't get the album right when it came out-I got it a little later on and believe that most Judas Priest fans having even a little bit of an interest in it already got it.If ya haven't purchased it yet, it is recommended, although I loved the band, Halford's work and all of those musicians are technically excellent for sure!!!I would love to see the band come back together for atleast 1 or 2 more albums, even if Halford is also staying with Judas Priest!!!
Halford and Judas Priest...
...The best of both worlds as far as I'm concerned!!!

i think its a nuts album.. i'm not the being priest fan in the world.. but i do like them alot.. you can all shake your heads at me and say i'm not a real fan but in my opinion and i don't know why, but this is my favorite priest album.. just hit home for me... its a gear album in my thoughts :o)

but with it being compared to the rest of there albums it is by far super different and i can undestand why alot of people just heard a few songs and went "wtf". but i still think a true priest fan would give the album a chane.. take it for what it is... RETIRNED WITH A ALBUM!!!!!!!!!!!!THEY CAME BACK!!!!

I thoguth it was a great album and somene else I knwo that isn't even nearly as into metal as myself even he thought it was great and now he's listening to their older stuff too, and he comes from a punk background or that's the impression I usually get..
But yeah it was one of the best metal albums in at least the last 5 years, possibly 10, finally a reunited group that didn't put outa total ****(e) album

yeah same here, when black and death metal were stil a lot more fresh then they ware now those genres really got my hyped about metal but this is definetily the first more 'mainstream' metal one taht's gotten me this excieted..
I'm not totally sure if he's completely unfamiliar with the old stuff but the way he held uip an older Greatest Hits one the other day I was just like 'oh yeah I remember that one'

Yeah, I think the album is pretty good. Not nearly as good as Painkiller or some of their older stuff, but definitely worth having. Priest are so talented.

Yeah, it's great that they re-united and are still making albums. Most music today is pretty crap.
