I'm sick and tired of the "ever heard of an opinion" ****. You're entitled to your opinion, and he is entitled to his opinion that your opinion is ****ing balls.

I like how every thread that is about metal turns into a total drama bitchfest.

Anyway, my list would go something like this.

1.Overkill
2.Motley Crue
3.Sonata Arctica
4.Artillery
5.Exodus
6.Judas Priest
7.Iron Maiden
8.Pantera (first five albums only, and yes their "hair metal" albums are better than their boring groove metal material.)
9.WASP
10.Thin Lizzy

Though, I'm starting to get bored of metal.

I think if people started giving their opinions in a small write up for each of their choices then we'd have less bickering, or at least if there is the aggrovator will come off looking like the asshole.

1. Dimmu Borgir (Stormblast is my favourite metal album but For All Tid+EDT are great as well, anything after those are awful) They have a rather shady credibility but top my list due to the fact, Stormblast is so good

2. Summoning (All the albums are great, my favourite being Stronghold)

3. Fear of Eternity (dominant keyboards/synths, Spirit of Sorrow is one of my favourite metal albums that I've heard, Toward the Castle and Ancient Symbolism are both good, Funeral Mass is terrible)

4. Elffor (all albums are great, Son of the Shades being my favourite)

5. Sonata Arctica (I enjoy all their albums, Silence is my favourite, Ecliptica being my least favourite)

6. Drowning the Light (Drowned + A World Long Dead are both epic)

7. L'Ordre du Temple (amazing)

8. Windir (enjoy all albums)

9. Old Man's Child (In the Shades of Life is great)

10. Hypocrisy (enjoy most of their material, Virus being my favourite album)
