well, contrary to what you may think, Judas Priest WAS a successful touring act, even without Rob Halford.

Hmmm, when you say that it almost seems as if you are calling Iced Earth Grindcore/Black Metal, so I'm going to assume I missinterpreted that.

But it would seem that the rule holds, me and a friend of mine came up with a theory which so far has proven true for all but one kid, which is that metal heads who listen to Iced Earth and don't like it, like Grindcore and other forms of Black Metal. I suppose someone actually singing is just too much to handle, but it's okay, I guess there is some appeal in listening to Cookie Monster deep throat a microphone.

wow...Iced Earth a ****ing Black metal band?

Haha...hahhahahaa
lmao

You should be on your knees thanking Iced Earth for keeping real metal around. Not falsely accusing them of being a damn black metal band. If you dont like them, thats fine, i dont really care, but it would be like me saying that the beatles are a rap band...seriously.

correct

So than what are they the worst kind of breed of? We were talking about black metal, so therefore that would be the automatic association of what we last said... but nevermind, we wouldn't want to debate over any opinions on this forum, that would be boring. (sarcasm)

I think that the album is ok....I am not totally a big fan though -.-

PostPsychosis 05-09-2006 09:22 AM

Which album, Beyond Fear, or The Glorious Burden?

Martyr AD 05-09-2006 09:39 AM

He did fairly well on The Glorious Burden. I thought that his vocals clashed a lot though. Hopefully their next album will be better suited for his voice.

As far as Ripper and Priest, I thought he did a good job, and apparently I'm the only person that thought Demolition was pretty good.

Beyond Fear came out today, its a pretty good album.
I think Glorious Burden is far better though.
