Sorry but i can't understand why anybody dislikes Kiss, any other band and I'd let it go. To me they are everything that goodtime music is about. I'm talking original 70's line up not the pale imatation that is now. Hottest band in the world in their time.

^you can't understand someone else's tastes, because you're influenced by your own tastes. it's natural. for example, why don't we all listen to pop music? because it sucks!! at least i think it does. a britney spears fan would kick my ass if she knew i said that (please keep this a secret haha wouldn't wanna be killed by a little girl with blonde curly hair) anyways, you like kiss and some people don't. so what? life goes on

bands i love to hate are blink good charlottte SIMPLE PLAN i hate that band so goddam much. kittie is another, new found glory, a local band called lerft right out....they really suck, but they think they're the best and try to sign autographs to people who werent even listening to their set or trying to tlak to them. i actually heard the guitarist kev say "do you want my autograph" once

OATH!!! I don't mind cradle of filth either. Actually, i'd put them in my 'like' list at the moment....

The Bon Scott stuff is essential listening. Most bands, i.e. Black Sabbath, Kiss and Zeppelin get less essential after 6 records.

i was stating that dimebag (in a coloumn he used to write) says that he had to feel as though the song really calls for a solo! That is one of the reasons i think he is such a great guitarist.....yeah, he sure as hell can play! but he ain't out there trying to outplay all the others with fancy new techniques! He's out there to play music, and thats what he does!
