I'm kind of getting over Pantera. I don't know, eventually they're one of those metal bands you move on from.
I'm really bad with song names so I'll say the only album I listen to anymore is Vulgar Display of Power. Absolutely loathe Art of Shredding. Such a try hard metal song. |

I guess it's just me then. *shrug*

Oh I don't hate them exactly. They deserve a lot of credit for many different reasons (influence, originality, fun silly metal lyrics, etc). Just bored of 'em.

They are my second favorite metal band of all time, and they are my main influence to do stupid and risky stuff (I will show what I'm talking about, in a few days I will post a couple of videos in The Lounge) and I hope that this won't end and they won't ever bore me. I love their hardness and heaviness and there is no band in the world that can encourage and inspire me that much (whether it's about training, or suffering some kind of pain, or just jumping from somewhere and take a risk) And as for Damageplan, I listened to their album, but although Anselmo was a big trouble maker in the late 90s, without him it's just not working. |

I agree - if you're in just the right mood nothing else comes close.

I love VDoP and FBD minus the awful "Good Friends and a Bottle of Pills". Not so much anything after and especially anything before

Oh come on. I'm not crazy about anything after either, and that is a repetitive album, but it still hits hard as a bitch. "Muthafukin Davidian!" They should have kept with that production, and not that slicker production they used when they got boring. Then at least it would have been boring but heavy.

The only above-average Pantera songs.
