Yep, nu-metal is a subgenre of metal whether people like it or not.

Well, I do agree that it's part of metal, or atleast some kind of rock, but I selected "no, it's crap" because I have no need to give it any praise.Some bands that are kinda considered numetal, such as Korn and Incubus are pretty good though.Most other bands in the numetal genre though suck completely, including Limp Bizkit and Linkin Park.

They are all a part of the metal genre though because they are influenced by metal and play that style of music, despite the fact that they rap like uneducated inner-city kindergarteners.Plus most numetal bands style of rap is average at best.

I'll leave the rap to Snoop Dogg and the Metal to Megadeth.Numetal belongs in the trash.:hphones:

Yeah, they're a good band.Just because they have a message doesn't make them a numetal band.Plus they were around before numetal was even invented.

See, these guys may be too 'extremist' when it comes to hating stuff, but they have a point. Nu-Metal might imitate the real thing, but it is not True Metal. Its a complete mockery of what Classic Metal really is.

I agree with what they said, but they're not exactly metal themselves...
