WHORE-I-BLE band. they are as bad as emocore can get.... actually, 16 Visions is or whatever the hell their name is, alongside A7X. Nevertheless, Atreyu is right down there between them and rock bottom.

Heard them at Ozzfest, heard them on tv. The singer sounds like he's trying to throw up (least favorite growl of mine, if you can call it that). And the instruments are just unbelievably stifled. Then again, that's one of the main characteristics of this genre; weak playing.

Atreyu are not emocore, if you want to listen to emocore, listen to Policy of 3, Native Nod, or Ordination of Aaron, they were some pretty big mid 90s emocore bands.

You can find some of their stuff here most likely.

I'd label Atreyu suck, but this has already been said before.

I call them emocore because that's the first thing I can think of whenever I hear about them, even if that's not what they are.

Atreyu is ***,
and genres are too.

Emo princess, please...nobody cares if youre emo or not. You dont have to flaunt it wherever you go.

I think atreyu are one of those bands like Job For A Cowboy where all the scene kids say, this is the epitome of what you should listen to if you want to be scene, and then all of the scene kids girlfriends get into it as well, thus making them extremely popular. And of course Victory advertised them out the ass.
