i personally thought it was freakin great! that michael kamen dude did a great job mixing the two music styles together.

Dear god I just wish they'd stop. They've been absolute torture to the ears for years now, and it's pathetic watching them cling for dear life to whatever dregs of fame are still leftover from their overhyped carreer in the last few years. Just give it up already.

Well im bias so I thought it was great but reviews have said it worked best with some songs (i.e. their older, classiclly styled prog-like tracks) rather than say... minus human.

I really enjoyed it though.

Yeah like it or not, that album got great reviews across the board. Also, don't demand arrgo metal and then get pissed when they do it. As aborted as the project looked, you basement dwellers asked for it. their good ol' boy Southern Metal of the Load twins wasn't bad stuff it just wasn't metal. I think one of the problems is that some metallica fans suck way too much ****.

Metallica is way capable of coming back some of the best thrash metal musicians so give em a chance if they are the worlds third biggest selling act than the can definetly cane come back with a good one
