Psychofagist, Zu, Kurushimi, and Exiviois all blend jazz and metal really well. Kurushimi is probably the closest to what you're looking for.

I know Zu and they're pretty good so I'll definitely check out the others, thank you!

Tim Grif is pretty good if you like instrumental stuff, both atmospheric and heavy. Could also try MattRach.
