I am almost sure you would have some already but Opeth(Damnation) are pretty decent in this regard. Paradise Lost(Gothic) also.

I've heard of them from many people. Never really gave Opeth a try, so what the hell, I'll give them a shot. Any songs or albums in particular?

Yes, album Damnation by Opeth is really great metal without "screaming" :)
You may like also Remedy Lane by Pain of Salvation.
And The Human Equation or 01011001 by Ayreon.
