Thanks. I know some of the bands I chose are mainstream but you can't deny greatness. For the best experience set to max. volume :hphones:.

Anyone like the new alice n chains album? Great stuff and bought the album this week. I have been listening to it the last 3 days straight and some brilliant vocals on there. Duvall sounds very similiar to Layne and I am glad they kept the sound. Layne was great though and sad to see him go. Get the album if you haven't yet. Very good and some rocking stuff!

its great!

If someone could help, I'm looking for worthwhile grindcore/crust similar to:

Blood
Assuck
Repulsion

Please do not give me recommendations if you aren't familiar with at least two of the above.

Ok, so I'm looking for some fairly well produced Power Metal. Not sure why, but I just sorta feel like it. My absolute favorite Power Metal band is Gamma Ray. Helloween is also good, but I don't want anything like Dragonforce, or ...not sure if Iced Earth is really Power Metal but they don't really float my boat.

Yeah, my Power Metal choices are limited, thus the want for more. Hopefully I can get some help.

See if Gamma Ray does anything for you.
