They just got the spirit of that goey finger-lickin' pop metal goodness down to a point. No other band does it purer.

You have to admit, though, BCI was miles ahead of BCII. Even if BCII has some of their best songs, that doesn't make up for "The Hit" and the rest of the filler on that album. I'm just hoping they don't keep going down that road.

what other tracks on BCII do you consider filler? my faves from BCII has to be "Can't stop the night" and "Miss Illusion"

"Thunderclap" and "I Know You Like My Band" are both filler for me.

The best song for me on BCII, by a long shot, is "Life is Hard on the Road."

But I realize we're getting way off-topic, so I give the mods full permission to move these last few posts to the BC thread, if anyone sees a point.

no way man, I love "I know you like my band" that song is special and I wish it wasn't so short. I do agree with you on Thunderclap though bleh.

I'm not sure how I feel about the BC's gang vocals all the time... I think it will grow on me though. Still more pumped about Bad City than pretty much any new music right now. Would post a link but I'm too new! damn

The other band I was going to suggest is Nikki Sixx's current project, Sixx A.M., but I've posted about them in this thread at least three times before and didn't want to seem... you know, like that's all I listen to when they're not even close to being my most played band, even if they are undoubtedly in my all-time top 5 list. They're too powerful to listen to on a daily basis, IMO.

what does that even mean and have you read the book? I bought the cd but i haven't read the book yet.
