Also, do you guys think anything by Korn is worth buying?

(Yes, I've been feeling like some simple rock lately. )
Not all the Bon Scott era is essential and apart from the live album get "Let There Be Rock" and "Highway to Hell" and possibly "Powerage" though its not essential.

The Korn debut is a must and a classic album. The other essential Korn album is "Follow the Leader"

You're talking about the two disc live album right? What about Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, is that any good? What about High Voltage?

Also, what year remasters sounds best? Or does it not really matter?

What album is better Korn or Follow The Leader?

High Voltage and Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap are very average and only for fans and if you`re on a budget I wouldn`t bother.

I wouldn`t pay any extra for AC/DC remasters just look for the best price.

Korn is better than Follow the Leader if you have to choose just one.

Alright, thanks! Judging from the tracklist on Dirty Deeds, I still might get it.

So I guess I'll shoot for whatever is cheapest, which will be 1990 or 1994.

Alright, so what are some modern rock/metal, nu metal, or hair metal albums you guys would recommend?

( I own nearly nothing from these genres)
