Metal & Rock Music Recommendations

So I've been thinking about picking up some more ACDC. I only have If You Want Blood and Back In Black, what else is definitely worth getting. Also what year remaster sounds the best, 1990, 1994, or 2003? 1994 remasters look to be the cheapest in general.

Also, do you guys think anything by Korn is worth buying?

(Yes, I've been feeling like some simple rock lately.

If this was 1994, I would say it is worth buying Korn... however it is 2011 and i advise people to just skip them.

Their self titled debut and Follow the Leader are definitely worth it. I liked Untouchables as well but ummm you should just download that one.

How about ACDC that is worth buying? I've heard many say all Bon Scott era ACDC is worth buying.

Not all the Bon Scott era is essential and apart from the live album get "Let There Be Rock" and "Highway to Hell" and possibly "Powerage" though its not essential.

The Korn debut is a must and a classic album. The other essential Korn album is "Follow the Leader"

Life is Peachy and Issues are okay but there are only a few singles that I like from each one of them.

I wouldn't recommend buying those two albums just download it and see if you like them first

As far as AC/DC to add to Unknown's list toss Back in Black in there as well.
I know it doesn't include Bon Scott but it's still worth it.

You're talking about the two disc live album right? What about Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, is that any good? What about High Voltage?

Also, what year remasters sounds best? Or does it not really matter?

What album is better Korn or Follow The Leader?
