Love QOTSA, no band can fill their shoes.

Just got back from a show, all expectations were exceeded. They played their self-titled in its entirety and then came back on to play Millionaire, First it Giveth, 3's and 7's, Sick Sick Sick, Make it Wit Chu, Little Sister, and Go With the Flow, in that order.

Homme is a beast. He gave someone in the crowd his half-empty bottle of vodka, but it was confiscated shortly thereafter

When the hell is a new album coming?

EDIT: I hope this is true.

First three albums are untouchable, but they've been hit and miss since Songs for the Death.

It's already been five years since Era Vulgaris, which I thought was excellent. I just hope they haven't lost it (a la Pinback's 5yr hiatus that just ended).

Also notable: They announced they were recording on August 20, so perhaps that newest pic could indicate that they are finished?
