I would agree, although I'm not real big on SOAD like I used to be. I don't know much about Kalmah either.

I must admit when you said "emo singing" I laughed REALLY hard. Not only does the singing sound nothing even close to emo, but the content of the songs isn't emo either. At all. Seriously, what are you saying? Most of the lyrics (which are my main problem with the band) are basic "pump up" type lyrics, like those in Pantera's "Walk". As for the metalcore thing I don't see it at all, and the bands you listed to compare gave absolutely no justice to your argument at all. If 5FDP is derivative of anything, it is from Pantera or any other groove metal band. They remind me of a less-good and more melodic Lamb of God.

This sums up 5FDP perfectly and like DevilDriver they are light-weights and inferior versions of Lamb of God imo.

I`ve always said that Lamb of God in terms of style and talent were the Pantera of the 00`s.

Killadelphia rocks. One of best recent live albums I've heard.

Along with Hellalive by Machine Head two of the best live metal albums of the 00`s.

Is Killedelphia good? A friend told me he didn't think it sounded good because it was in a small venue or something. I will give it a look.

Never listen to him again.
