I gotta go with Show No Mercy. It's just old school Venom worship at it's finest. Kill 'Em All is awesome, but it just doesn't give me that same charge as Show No Mercy.

While I think that Show No Mercy was more energetic (Made me want to headbang more), I've got to give this one to Kill 'Em All. It just sounds better musically. So it's:

Hmm. Regarding most any other Slayer v. Metallica, I'd take Slayer - especially during the 80s. However, "Kill 'Em All" is Metallica's best, and while it is just about as uneven as Show No Mercy, it's highlights are so much better. ****ing "Seek & Destroy" - that song alone is worth the price of admission.

The Metallica album is an absolute classic loaded up with killer tracks and the whole album is a real nod to the NWOBHM as well. I like the Slayer album much more than I used to and it displays the Slayer power and energy but its still not the finished product that the Metallica album is.

Did you hear him? Send him all of your album suggestions! If you don't have any good ideas, send him ****, maybe it'll give him an idea. Offspring vs. Korn? Poison vs. Napalm Death? Send it all. If you can't even think up stuff like that, just send him empty PMs, because...it'll be cool?
