"Black Axis Abraxis" by Pombagira. If you like long, wall-of-fuzz stoner doom songs you really owe it to yourself to check this song, and this band, out. Unfortunately I can't find a clip of this on YouTube (probably because this track is half an hour long) but imagine fuzzier Sleep with a bit stronger ties to 1970s riffage and you'll have pretty good idea what it sounds like.

One of my fav power metal bands. They may not be the heaviest or the fastest band on Earth, but they've got an ear for melodic metal that is second to none...or at least very few.

(Y) to Il Duce & Almauro for posting two great bands. ****ing Repulsion & Fu Manchu.... although Repulsion are clearly the superior of the two.



I don't care if most people call this band punk; I hear enough metal in them to call them metal... at least on the good songs. We'll call the **** songs punk.

That's the band I'm really into lately. I just bought their 4th album on eBay and just have to wait for it to come in. I have their 3 other releases and they are pretty good.
