This album is very bad, but not because of this song. The groove metal riff in this is the only good riff in the genre.
God damn it, you bitch. That's a ****ing fine album.

Actually, you may be right! I accidentally played "Unsung" by mistake on my computer, but now I can't stop playing the rest of this album.

Last time I played this was two years ago, and I remember disliking it, but either I was high when I listened to it, or I momentarily had **** taste... because I think this album is awesome now. The vocals are so in your face on this album, and the guitars are screechy and warm.

You've betrayed me.

Strap it On is miles ahead of this borefest.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

It's one of the few times that "alt metal" actually worked. Whatever you want to call them a lot of what was cool about Helmet wasn't cool about a lot of ****tier bands.

Their debut right? I heard that one a long time ago too, though I also remember not liking it either. I'll play that one after this.

I don't know what the hell to call them. The riffs are clearly sludge-metal-related, or groove-metal-related, so I'd probably call it sludge/groove/noise. I don't hear a lot of alternative in this. Much too abrasive.

I have that album in my car and can't say much about it. Yeah it's decent but it lacks a lot of substance that their first had (albeit still not as much as their contemporaries)

Helmet are just a band I don't really care much for when it boils down to it.

Also some of the moments on this album are pretty cringy, like the chorus to one of the songs is just "Downtown Julie Brown" and idk the rest of the song relates to MTV in any way.

I also declare this 1st class fun of the highest order. Especially since if you're not paying attention to the lyrics it sounds like a call to get wasted.

Kreator need to take all those modern melodic licks and chuck them in the ****ing bin cause they just make the band sound goofy.

Kreator doesn't need any help being corny.
