Here's another band I recently stumbled upon

I know a few of you guys are more knowledgeable than me in metal - I've fallen by the wayside somewhat when it comes to metal these days and don't exactly have my finger on the pulse!

Are they worth investigating further?

no, it really is that bad. Looks cheesy. Yeah, a lot of metal covers may be extreme, bu they have some redeemable quality to it.

The dragon in that one is hilarious, and god awful. Right up there with the first Pantera album.

yeah. That may be bad. But it still doesn't have a stupid looking dragon. Poison tells me all I need to know about the album, it is summed up with one lame album cover. But the other one is trying to convince me it is dark and evil, and has a dragon that kills the tone.

For hair metal, the Poison cover is bad, but it is a hair metal cover. The other is a thrash album.

Apocalypse wins the cheesy stupid cover award on this one.

Agreed, Apocalypse get the Gold Medal for cheesiness. At least that cover makes me laugh though, the Poison one just brings out the Neanderthalic murderer in me.
