Like Manowar's Into Glory Ride updated for the modern day. Sort of. Epic power/heavy metal with a trad doom influence that is just about as epic as a tag team wrestling match between Glorfindel and Feanor and Morgoth and Sauron. If you love metal with a heavy dose of cheese, this is required listening.

^ I like The Faceless...loved their last album Planetary Duality. The tone here seems to be much lighter than anything off that album, but I like it. The Faceless are definitely at the top of a growing list of awesome djenting tech death/prog metal bands.

I don't think that power metal has ever been so mature and so cheesy at the same time.

I think their newest album sounds like they are the tech death equivalent to BTBAM, especially on tracks like this:

Yeah, as much as I love Manowar, "mature" is not a word I would use to describe them. But, hail and kill anyways, dude.



Definitely one of my new favorite thrash/black metal albums.
