Mad season definitely needs to be on the list. I'm very glad to see AIC so dominate in this poll. I'm a little surprised

If Mad Season 'needs' to be on that list then so does Temple of The Dog.

Even though they aren't as great as Mad Season, I agree with Sir Dave.

Well thanks, but really, if every other band that's popped out of Seattle needs to be considered for contention then... we might as well list every other band that came out of that era.

So... Seattle... 1993... let's hear it for THE PRESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!

I agree, temple of the dog should be considered as well. What makes them and mad season different from any other seattle band is that they were seattle super-groups.

Temple of the Dog sucked. Not even in the top 10, 20 or 50. Just a boring band paying tribute to a singer from another boring band.

let's not and just say we did. Their first album was kinda fun, but just average. Everything after was discount bin worthy.

I like their first album, and some of the second in a nostalgic kinda way, but the magic is lost for the most part with them, just alright band who made one fun album and a whole lot of stuff that deserves to be buried and forgotten about.
