If you define Sepultura entirely by one release (Roots), than yes, they are similar. If you acknowledge Sepultura's previous discography, not so much.

The only point I was trying to make (which I thought at the time wasn't a big deal) was that the two were not similar enough to use in the same comparison. How can a band be "trying too hard to be" 2 different bands? That's it
