Okay OP, I registered on this site just to reply to your post. Your taste in music seems to point towards nu-metal like myself. I am a huge fan of nu-metal and have burned out on old school Linkin Park. Like you, I needed a change: to find more artists/songs with similar elements of hip hop and metal - with a side of rap. I used amazon to accomplish most of my findings over time. Here's a few you will like:

Crazytown - Drowning
(Can't get any closer to Linkin Park than this!)

Ultraspank - Push
