gotta be "for whom the bell tolls" by metallica - because it was the first time i ever heard rock music and the first song i ever loved.

also paranoid by black sabbath, because it rules, and never fails to cheer me up.

finally, fear of the dark live at rock in rio, because it was the first iron maiden song that i heard, and when i did my jaw just hit the floor. i was gobsmacked, and i loved it.
