Well with Patton in mind, we could give him Moonchild Trio. I think this album will do:

John Zorn - Six Litanies for Heliogabalus

I'm laughing so hard right now just thinking about it. Please tape your reaction TH.

John Zorn is not metal is he? And that would cost extra. Also, didn't I do Blood Mountain last year?

The unofficially titled Moonchild Trio record was released under Zorn's name and it is metal as all holy ****. I'm aware that you listened to Blood Mountain, but I still think it's one of the top ten metal albums -- EVER!

Yep, this is killer.

First time I've heard it.

Actually haven't heard that album all the way through, pretty badass indeed. My favourite of theirs is Moonchild: Songs Without Words, and Astronome is top notch as well. I chose Six Litanies for the torture chamber largely for this song:

Compare that to the studio version:

I could only listen to a fraction of it (at work), but I love everything Patton touches.

You should check out Zorn's album IAO with Patton on it. Most of it is more subdued but the track Leviathan is some hard hitting badassery.

All of Patton's collabs with Zorn are worth checking out, so are all of Zorn's collabs with Zorn.

I think it's time to discuss what albums to use for the Torture Chamber. Let's take it to the Metal Month III thread.

You like Diablo Swing Orchestra. You're point is invalid.
