Was doing school stuff, so I didn't have time for anything more than threats of physical violence. Done now, so I'll just say that I wasn't too big a fan of Kevin Sharp at first either, but he's grown on me a hell of a lot. His baseline growl is merely above average, but he has this cold, nihilistic emotional quality to his voice that helps to make Brutal Truth's music even more claustrophobic.
But his high-end screams are just insane, and anyone who thinks differently is an *******. And those low-end roars he occasionally does are just too cool. Anyways... Repulsion Assuck Napalm Death Pig Destroyer Can we please get Napalm Death the **** outta here?

You know for whatever reason, the more I listen to Prowler in the Yard, the less I like it. Can't quite put my finger on why yet.

On the note of my comment about the vocals: I was actually saying that I think Assück's vocals are the best of these bands, which is why they are my favorite. I don't have a problem with the vocals in any of these bands except for maybe Discordance Axis' non-growl vocals. Brutal Truth just seem kind of...cheesy, if that makes any sense. I'm kind of surprised. I took Gridlink out of the battle since they were basically an extension of Discordance Axis, and had a very similar sound, but couldn't really think of a logical 11th band to replace them, so I kind of just threw in Magrudergrind cause I think they ****ing rule, and yet they have yet to receive a vote.
Mutha****as be lovin' powerviolence I guess.
