She's certainly technically proficient. I'm not hearing anything else beyond that though.

My mother actually showed me this chick's go at Eruption last time I went over to her place for coffee. It's messy to criticize these kinds of players, or even assume they are the kind of player we think they are, but it really is unfortunate to think there are a lot of players out there like this chick (although we could be wrong about her) who are absolutely fantastic at emulating prodigies but have no original material. Urban's comment "music isn't a video game" actually phrases it quite well. All of these viral videos of stone faced children playing immensely complex songs... it's like their musical lives only revolve around conquering milestones, mastering sheets, nailing classics, but none of the milestones involve writing new music. 7 years of progress videos, not one of her jamming with other musicians, performing, or playing something she wrote. Maybe there's another channel for her band or something, I find it so hard to believe that people this great at an instrument, with this much theoretical knowledge of several styles, can make it through 7 years of playing without writing something awesome.

Well, she is still only 15. I'm gonna cut her some slack and hope that as she matures she takes it somewhere original.

EVH was 8 years older than her when he recorded Eruption.

I was looking for something original from Lucciano Pizzichini, and can't really find anything, but he's one of the most notable prodigy's in the music scene today. He plays with more feeling than anyone mentioned here so far.

^Great minds, Plank.

There's some hope yet, this kid is largely improvising.

I think with complete dedication to the guitar, this kid could be immensely better than the girl in the OP by the time he's 15. If he's improvising, he's already got one up on the girl. But we're not around her, obviously. So can't say for certain that she doesn't practice original material when she isn't filming herself play someone else's music. But if she's made 7 years of videos, and none is of her playing original songs...I'm not going to be surprised if she only practices music she's heard or likes, or that she knows people consider technical.

The kid in the video Frownland posted, he's already being smart playing improvisational music, it'll help him out as he continues playing a lot. I'm more impressed by this kid, than the girl.

He was born in 2000.

Derf...

So, already 15 then. I think I will look up new videos of him.
