Basically:

Noise Rock is either or for me. Great or not good.
Experimental Rock is exactly like noise rock but more.
Hardcore/post-hardocre is an almost sure hit for me.

So:
Noise Rock + Experimental Rock = Boredoms. Result: Not so good.
Noise Rock + Hardcore = Big Black. Result, excellent.

I guess with noise rock, it depends on what's working with it. I really wish I could get more into noise rock. I really do. Big Black might be the opener.

Revisit the ones you don't like in a couple of months. It's easy to miss a lot of stuff on that type of record.

That's my battleplan, bro. If I remember. But by that time, I'll likely have voted them off.

Listen to "The Return of the Son of Monster Magnet." That's chaotic in all the right ways.

I'm well aware of Zappa's discography. My point still stands.

There's only one way to describe this song:

SUGGEST ME AN ALBUM - I'm probably not going to listen to it but I will if you bother me enough.

I agree.

Anyway, listening to Atomizer now. It's WAY better than SoF. And SoF was awesome. I mean, Steve Albini is the ruler of noise. No wonder Nirvana got him for In Utero, of course this beats out In Utero by a full star.

I guess I'm just waaaay too used to cacophony to always describe it as chaotic.

For once, I can't really see who a clear winner would be. Should be interesting.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.
