i dont really know. most people i know like it. it has pretty good ratings on rym and even anthony fantano gave it the ol co sign. these ***s just have no heart i guess.

1) I don't hate it, in fact I wish I saw what you do in the album. But, it just sort of falls flat for me. All the criticisms I see other people place on indie folk, the cheesiness, the pretentiousness, the overplayed dramaticism, I don't notice in other indie folk albums as opposed to bonafide emotion and raw musicianship. In this album however, all these tropes seem alive and well. To me at least.
