Default The Metal Compilation Album Exchange

Within the last few days I've become vaguely interested in downloading comps, just to see what I can see, but they're a lot harder to find online than actual albums. So this thread can be where we post links to comps we own, links to comps on other sites, or request **** we can't find ourselves. If you just wanna post what albums you have, and then see if anyone wants them, then that would be epic.

* If the mods so desire, we can make this a PM thing, where any links are sent directly to anyone who wants them, but I'm not aware of any rules (that are enforced) that would require this, so... anarchy?

ATM, I'm looking for anything metalcore (not melodic metalcore). It can be hard to find albums from even second-tier bands, so any comps that might give me something to work with would be awesome. Currently downloading the H8000 Hardcore Compilation Volume 1 comp, if anyone cares.

Check out Black on Black: A Tribute to Black Flag. Awesome covers by the likes of Converge, Dillinger Escape Plan, and Give Up the Ghost. There's a few iffy artists too but mostly bangin.

No, I don't own it but just in case you weren't aware of it.

Do you got Welcome to Meteor City by the way?

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

I was all excited until I realized the Zao song was boring.

Welp, I have physical copies of the following, and can mail people copies of the following. You pay shipping and the cost for the blank cassettes, obviously:

Svnn Okklt compilation - Svnn Okklt being a rather popular (for the subject matter) blog detailing black metal demo tapes. This is a compilation from that blog, released by Fallen Empire records. Featuring Dressed in Streams, Eos, Xothis, Witch in Her Tomb, etc.

Old Ways, Once More - a compilation from Legion Blotan, a label which seems to mostly put out recordings by it's hyperprolific owner, George Proctor.

We Gave Them the Future and They Wanted the Past - harsh noise, industrial, and some stuff that is bordering on black metal.

Feeding It's Young From It's Own Breast: A Primitive Account of Jesus - a compilation from the much heralded Strange Rules label.

The Lost Tapes of Bestial Burst - Bestial Burst is part of the amazing Finnish scene, which is giving us Circle of Ouroborus, Clandestine Blaze, Ride for Revenge, Incriminated, etc. This obviously focuses on the RfR & Incriminated side of things, with a heavy dose of noise and industrial. I'd really recommend this for those who are ignorant of the most exciting side of black metal; which is the intersection of outsider black metal & harsh noise.

Dangerhouse Volumes 1 & 2 - late 70s and 80s punk. Black Randy rules **** you.

I Need You Bad - a compilation by Burger Records, which means it's modern hippy music.

I also have well over 100 metal cassettes.... so I can make you a weird mixed tape of ****ed up music if you want.
