I think the people that have posted in here already know what's going on. It's pretty straight forward, but if someone doesn't get it, you can refer to my post above.

At the end, we have a list of albums that are considered "the best" of the list provided.

Well, i was thinking that whoever has the least amount of votes gets put back into the list and the rest get thrown out. When we're done we have the best album.

Oh, so what you actually mean is "the album with the least votes is eliminated," not "voted off." The album with least votes can't be "voted off" if you can't vote on it. I kept getting hung up on that.
