Yeah that's my main problem with metal albums. I need variety, and length doesn't do it any favors. If I can get some ****ing awesome riff after riff and breakdown after breakdown, I need it in a digestable 20 minute, 30 tops, EP. I don't need an hour of the same song structures with different riffs overlayed. But if it's gonna be long, it's gotta be interesting.
