It appears to be a decent list, at first glance anyways, I've seen a lot worse.

1. Black Sabbath - Paranoid (Fair Enough)

2. Metallica - Master of Puppets (Not my favourite Metallica album but understandable)

3. Judas Priest - British Steel (I am assuming that AC/DC isn't considered metal on this list, so this is their attempt to substitute Back in Black)

4. Iron Maiden - Run to the Hills (Have to keep the Maiden fans happy)

5. Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath??? This is the first one I have a problem with. Yes it's considered to be the first heavy metal album by many, and the first track will always be a haunting classic, but outside of that, a lot of the album is wanky improv. It should not be in front of Reign in Blood!

6. Slayer, 'Reign in Blood' (This should be in the top 5)

7. Motorhead - No Remorse (fair enough)

8. Megadeth - Peace Sells (My personal favourite, I like it much better than their so called progressive thrash metal classic; Rust in Peace)

9. Ozzy - Blizzard of OZ (As long as there are a large contingent of guys over 40 who wore jean jackets with Led Zeppelin iron ons, and smoked lots of pot back in the early 80's. Then this will forever be on the list.) Motley Crue's Shout at the Devil is far superior to this classic rock relic though.

10. Pantera - Vulgar Display of Power (I suppose they are on here because they spearheaded much of the commercial sound of heavy metal during the 90's? I suppose they're a better option than Limp Bizkit or Korn. They still suck though!
