the new CD is alot diffrent from the other ones with the accustic songs but yea it's good

i heared only duality but i like it.... maybe for their masks maybe for music but i like it.

i used to think that Slipknot was just another screwed up band. then i learned something amazing about them... Slipknot's beauty is in their chaos. Wait and Bleed, Duality, and Pulse of the Maggots are there top 3 best songs. Craig is an idiot, Joey is the coolest.

but using popularity as a basis of talent will get you nowhere.

popularity doesnt make em talented. they are just talented... just like that. theyre amazing.

i think their stage presence outweighs their talent. Their talent is mediocre compared to alot of bands that play that same style of music. Its the stage show that gets them recognized, and to me they just stole a page out of GWARs book. If i want to go see a good metal band, slipknot wouldnt be my choice, and if i wanted to go see a crazy live act, then id still pick gwar over slipknot...i just dont see anything special about them.
