Forum in Español is foro and forum in Portuguese is fórum. I did the research and everything. I have no idea how people write the word colloquially though, I only know basic stuff and love songs.

^ I imagine you're right then. Perhaps my computer was destined for Brazil but never made it that far.
We do have various colloquialisms here; most noticably when words from the indigenous language get mixed in: one example I particularly like is "tuch" (rhymes with "pooch"), which means belly-button. So this girl is wearing a "tuchero" :-
