Yes, a full Stones discography would be a mammoth undertaking. I think the only artist I would ever do is Nick Drake: 3 studio albums I know by heart and one posthumous collection of outtakes.

I had a house mate once, in the early 90's in Seattle. His name was Jim Merkle. I have this whole category of music I call "Jim Merkle Music" and one of the bands/singers in that category was Joan Armatrading. I might never have listened to, or even heard of, Joan Armatrading if it hadn't been for Jim Merkle.
