Tie-Maker Me voted The Stones on the basis of their Brian Jones era plus Let It Bleed and Exile. Love, love, love The Beatles, The Who, and The Kinks but The Stones ushered in more of an influential attitude and an edge.

I'd say there are MANY exceptions to the rule... making the rule pretty redundant.

Anyway, The Beatles, Stones or Kinks, depending on my mood. 'kin hate The Who.

The Beatles because I love their music and was a great way to start being interested in listening to music.

The Who were fantastic. I'm going with them.
