If i had to choose one song which represents the spirit of rock n' roll then it would have to be Search and Destroy. And the start of Your Pretty Face Is Going To Hell, fuck me! If all guitarists were as raw as him it would be something to celebrate.

My old man (who knows nothing of music like the Stooges) told me he heard on the radio that Iggy Pop had died. I freaked out when he told me, but then I found out it was the guitarist instead. Not suprising that he'd mix them up, since he doesn't really give a sh*t about that kind of music. Either way, this is still terrible news.
