Bon Scott or Brian Johnson?

To be honest, it's pretty much the same thing as with Marillion for me.
I don't like either of their voices

If you listen to Bon sing you can hear him smiling as he recalls the subject matter of the song. Just listen to Whole Lotta Rosie and you can hear him laughing at the whole situation he found himself in with a "larger" woman. Beano is a great frontman but just doesn't carry the same emotion in his vocals as Bon did.

Most likely, since you hear one AC/DC record, you have heard them all. They just made the same record over and over.
