I think so, on average. If you're educated, rich and successful - all of which Jagger was, within context, before the Stones even started - then you most likely will have a lot less genuine problems in your life and therefore less 'blues'. If you don't think this is true then I'd suggest it just means you haven't seen what conditions some people live through and fully taken them in.

Admittedly, I say this because I'm reasonably rich and very educated and not in any way blue. My woman never done left me and I never owned a dog, so it couldn't possibly die.

So what your saying is that im not wordly because I felt Jagger had a right ro sing "the blues"?

I maybe very arrogant but that was just assanine. I could be Bill Gates, if my wife dies of Cancer I have the right to sing the blues. And Frankly, if I stub my toe and write a blues song about it, and its good, then why do you care? Should he have sung about money.

I'll assure you sir, im aware of the plight of humanity, even within the borders of my own country. I'd wager im more informed on dafur, east st. louis and past attorcities than you, which I wouldn't have commented on until you said I couldn't possibly know about tem since im saying jagger has the right to sing the blues.

I'm sure you are more informed on "dafur, east st. louis and past attorcities" than I am. In fact I don't even know what they were! What were they?

Of course you can still feel some blues whatever your situation. Those who've had a harder life have got a lot more painful experience that they can draw on and a lot more reasons to make the blues they make.

Maybe Jagger should have sung about money. He's made a lot of it and has kicked up an awful fuss in the past about getting the biggest share of the ticket sales possible.

Actually one of the biggest myths is the Stones had loads of money.

Obviously they do now but when they recorded Exile they were skint.

Well, I read somewhere, that Mick Jagger would be the richest Rockstar if it weren't for his divorce... Jerry Hall got half his money or even more...but he's still part of the "Richest Rockstar Top 10"...Damn
Paul McCartney is Number One! And he's the only one I feel happy for

Well Dafur is in the Sudan and there is a genocide going on there as we speak.

East St. Louis is a city in missori in which is regarded as a third world country (read "savage Inequalities")
