What, or any other bands would you suggest influence today's modern music more than Led Zeppelin?

And why?
I would say The Beatles or Black Sabbath. Beatles because of how influential they were both inside and outside of their own genre. Sabbath because while Zeppelin gets a lot of mentions as influence, not every rock band mentions them whereas almost every metal band give credit to Sabbath. Plus they have a whole genre to their name, Zeppelin was somewhat game changing but nowhere near to the extent that Sabbath was.

If those two aren't more influential, they're at least on the same tier.

Sabbath is definitely the biggest overall influence for the metal genre. But Zeppelin owns the overall hard rock genre.

The thing about the Led Zeppelin band is they were a very loud somewhat heavy band that effortlessly bounced back and forth between a blues and heavy rock sound which in my opinion made them unique and stunningly popular!

Thanks! I'm playing the guitar (not the bass).

Nice acoustic ensemble Moss. You nailed those solo's, and your singer has some great pipes. This one's pretty good too:

Spoiler for More Moss:

Thanks. I actually had no idea someone was recording. Think I was somewhat drunk. One of the benefits of playing breweries, all the free beer you can drink.
